Poor Customer Service.. Product is good but Aftersales is Nightmare. I ve bought Accurl because I thought ACCURL is professional big company and they have good customer care. But not all all. They reply only 1 2 question everyday. They do not work weekend and doesnt reply. I installed machine 3 weeks ago and still i couldnt start using machine well. i try to understand machine myself. Tools was not installed to library and They didnt help me install my tools for 3 weeks... Such a poor customer service.
